About Us
Ricci and Raymond onstage as the improv comedy duo Victorio and Mann, circa 1980.
Our Story
From the Theater to the Boardroom
Victorio Consulting is a family-owned firm born out of a lifelong fascination with change and the art of navigating it. Before stepping into the boardroom, Ricci and Raymond Victorio spent 25 years onstage as the acclaimed improv comedy duo Victorio and Mann. There, they channeled their curiosity into developing a unique training approach for ensemble-based improvisational theater. This evolution led to the creation of Creative Agility—pioneering Applied Improvisation workshops and retreats designed to help corporate professionals unlock creativity, intuition, and deep human connection.
The Art of the Ensemble
Ricci began bringing this innovative approach to organizations and family businesses nationwide in 1994. We quickly discovered that the principles of elite improvisational theater were highly effective in the corporate world. We helped teams navigate rapid change, find their collective flow, and transform standard workgroups into cohesive, high-performing "ensembles." Today, we are recognized innovators in leadership development, team morale, and change management, coaching organizations through complex, high-stakes transitions to build clear roadmaps for the future.
Built on Tradition and Science
We practice what we preach: the spirit of the ensemble is alive within our own family business. Having grown up immersed in the company's culture, our daughter, Natalie Victorio Lentz, formally joined the team in 2009. Natalie elevates our firm’s capabilities by leading executive recruiting, team assessment programs, and specialized PDP Certification training.
As certified Mentors and Trainers with Professional Dynametric Programs (PDP), we pair our creative DNA with data-driven behavioral science. This unique blend allows us to bring a deeply compassionate, highly professional perspective to the complex psychology of human dynamics—helping our clients recruit the perfect candidates and build truly synergistic teams.
